On hold equipment. Annabel will provide you with a high quality ‘digital message centre’ using the latest MP3 technology, providing CD quality output. It is simple plug and play technology, which makes updating your messages extremely simple.
Message Updates. You can choose to update your messages as often as you like. Annabel can tailor a package to suit your business’ needs and budget. You may just want a one-off service with updates as you require them. Anything is possible!

Annabel has more than 15 years experience as a professional voice-over artist. She trained as an actor and also has a strong body of professional theatre work behind her. Annabel has worked in every facet of the voice-over industry: radio and TV commercial productions, documentaries, training films, message-on-hold, interactive-voice-response, audio books, and interactive CD ROMs.

Annabel’s vocal range is wide and versatility has been her key. She has voiced the grieving mother right through to the bimbo number 10 lotto ball! She has recorded numerous message-on-hold productions for such companies as American Express, Telstra, Westfield, HBA, and Amcal to name just a few.

Annabel Giles Messages-On-Hold is able to provide our future customers a hands-on and very personal approach. Annabel has produced Message-On-Hold Productions for clients such as: Bonnetts Saddlery, Griffith City Council, Griffith Regional Tourist Centre and Library, Pod2 Chiropractic, Podiatry Care, Country First Credit Union and Synergy Advertising. Annabel is also able to offer in-house announcements for leisure and retail environments.
